YaRSS2 does not add new torrents

Client: 1.3.13 on Windows 10 Pro
Daemon: 1.3.14 on Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
All versions use Python2.7
My issue here is that even though the Last Matched timestamp is older than the newest matched entry (as seen in "Edit Subscription" window), no new torrents appear when I click "Run subscription". I checked this with multiple different include regexes at different times, to no avail.

Timestamp of newest matched entry: 2017-05-29T18:13:27
