Ratio calculated wrong?

In Deluge 1.3.15, the ratio appears to be computed using the total uploaded divided by the total size of the torrent.
For an accurate ratio, it should (in my opinion) be the total uploaded divided by the total downloaded.
e.g.
I have a torrent whose total size is 737.8 MB and I have downloaded just a couple files from it, totaling 47.1 MB.
For that torrent, I have uploaded 22.8 GB (yes! GEE B), so the ratio should be 495.69, instead of the 31.554 currently displayed. In my opinion.
