bandwidth unit

on my deluge 1.3.12 /win 8.1, the bw unit is KiB/s and I think it's not appropriate:
binary multiple has its utility for storage and not in bw. For instance, Ethernet bw is 10Mb/s 100Mb/s 1Gb/s. Fddi is 100Mb/s, oc3 is 155Mb/s. Ny isp gives me 12Mb/s and would love to sell 100Mb/s and even file size (which is usually what deluge users are concerned with) is in bytes or decimal (not binary) multiples
