Download and upload history of torrents

I dunno if this is already in deluge roadmap or not, it would be nice to have something like this.

If there is a ticket for the same pointer to it would be most helpful. Also if it supposed to be one of the plugins then point there please.

If on the off-chance it's already there in deluge and I just have been unlucky or for some reason not able to see them a pointer to the same would also be nice (although I did try hard.).
