gtkui over ssh tunnel - folders bug

Hi guy,

I use the gtkui with ssh -L <delugeuiport> when I'm not home
The problem is deluge believe it's local mode because of the IP, but in fact it is not... Of course, you will have a big problem if you use the folders choice in the preferences dialog, and a error message on the startup.
I am wondering if adding a simple radio button somewhere in the preferences, to avoid auto detection of local mode, will be on the plan for the future, or anything else preventing this small deluge usage misfortune.
