Tags and Tag Search

I think that Deluge would benefit from the ability to tag torrents, and search for those tags.

Yes, labels exist, and these are useful for organising the files in the filesystem. However tags would be more useful for narrowing down the scope of searches, given the many-many relationship that exists between a tag and a torrent.

I would actually really like that. Especially for seedboxes which are seeding and downloading many torrents at the same time, it would be quite helpful to group torrents via tags or folders or something like that. A hide and show feature would probably also be quite nice for keeping track of everything.
