Switching User Interface language

Hello everybody but mostly developers of Deluge!
Thank you again for such a cool application!
May I ask you to add a simple and comprehensive way to change the application language from within a main menu? Like for example View -> Language or Edit -> Preferences -> Interface -> Language.
It would make a program much more user friendly in countries different from US/UK as many use English version of Windows with local settings which makes Deluge to start with local language enabled. And there is not evident easy way to fix that unless you are experienced user.
