Stop Seeding After a Period of Time?

Post by Blackeyes24 »

Ok so I'm a newbie to Deluge and not super tech savy. I installed it and set it up with sonarr to automate my downloads and tell comcast to take their dvr and shove it. Its doing all the wonderful stuff it is supposed to and I can watch all my shows on my plex. But I cannot delete my shows directly from plex because the shows are still seeding in deluge and therefore "in use." I don't to be a jerk who doesn't seed but I do not want to have to log into my server every time to delete something. My server is hosted by a friend so I try to delete my stuff when I'm done watching it so I don't use a ton of his space. Is there a way to set a time limit to a torrent (or all torrents) and then have it removed from deluge after say 24 hours?

you could do preferences>queue>share ratio reached, to delete torrents after you share a certain amount of them. that would free up space, and you wouldn't have to be that guy who doesn't seed.
