Proxy service selection forced use can not work?

Hello everyone, my English is not good, please entertain.
I use deluge version 2.0, compiled and installed through Python.
I set socks 5 proxy and choose to force use. Worked well at first.
However, after two days suddenly failed, I received a DMCA notice
I did see the data on the proxy before
Webui also shows the proxy server ip
I have no idea now, can give me a little idea
How can I check?
deluge 2.0b1
libtorrent: 1.1.5.0
Python: 2.7.12
OS: Linux Ubuntu 16.04 xenial
I try to force terminate the proxy, deluge can still be downloaded.
