autoadd plugin works except for one folder

I'm using Deluge in a centos distro. The server manager configured the autoadd plugin and it's working in all but one folder. I reviewed the config for it, and using Sublime's diff utility, I don't see any difference between the non-working watch folder from the other working watched folders. I've found the deluged.log file, but I'm not seeing anything that shows errors as to why torrents aren't loaded from the non-working watch folder. Are there other logs or configs I can review to determine why it isn't working?
