Stange upload behaviour

I give up
I am running Deluge as a thin client on my Synology NAS (DS1815+)
The download is absolutely stunning but the upload is kind of strange, please see the attached picture.
For some reason, in a 3 minutes cycle, it starts uploading, does that a little time and then drops the connection
(the transfer stops and then the connection gets dropped).
The upload speeds seems okay. I would guess.
I run a very smal number of torrents and therefor also a very smal number of connections.
(So it is not my router acting up)
Have any of you seen something like this and what would you recommend.
I believe it is moste UTP connections, that are behaving like this.
(but in Deluge you have no way og knowing the protocol.)
