Can't install yarss2 after update

Upgraded to latest version from one a few versions old by just installing over the same directory, my yarss2 plugin disappeared. Now when I try and download and install it, it just does nothing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling deluge too. Any help?

Does your plugin python version match the deluge python version?

I'm not sure, how do I check that?
Also I have both these folders which seems odd
I wonder if that could be the cause?

I checked and made sure I had the same python version, still didn't work. After I deleted the entire folder and reinstalled from scratch it finally works. I guess it doesn't like being installed by simply installing over the same place.
