1.3.15 Shortcut to Win10 homepage problem

Installing 1.3.15 on Win10 is finishing installation with shortcut for 1.3.14 left on homepage
Starts up 1.3.14 instead of 1.3.15

Maybe running during the install and the files were not updated/installed in another directory?
which entries do you have in add/remove programs?
