Deluge not seeding all of my torrents

Client: 1.3.13
libtorrent: 1.0.9.0
I'm supposed to be seeding 2446 torrents that make up around 4-5TB of data. I seed for a bunch of private trackers. Each tracker I am on will track the amount of torrents I am leeching, seeding, and what I have previously leeched. When I check their sites I am not seeding around half of my torrents in total and I have no idea whats causing this, it seems to be an issue on my end since other users aren't experiencing this. I'm not really sure what, I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
