Deluge slow download

i useing deluge on raspiberry pi



On raspberry i have slow downloading max 529 kb





i downloading same torrent file on windows max 1.1 mb



thats my deluge settings

What's you RPI version? (1/2/3)?
Where do you D/L? (USB on the RPI, network?)
Have you tried the max storage speed? (check google with "dd" command)

Remarks: generally speaking it's advised to use a port >50000 for the incoming port (ISP throttling) , you can use random for outgoing port.

raspbery 3 . i downloading usb ntfs hard disk.i also ext and sd card. nothing change. port not helped

RPI3 + EXT4 usb drive on my side, forget the NTFS (check the CPU usage of the RPI when writing) if you can deal without (ext driver possible on windows)

To validate the RPI setup max speed can you try to D/L a linux distribution (ubunto, mint, etc have possible torrent download). This way we will check the max speed of your pi.

If not above the 500KB/s, check the network (wifi/lan?) and storage speed
