No that won't happen.
I need to figure out how to get my upload to go directly to my torrent site for credit
I think that's the one part I am missing

I didn't read back all the topic but assuming
- your ports are correctly configured for the upload (see previous post in this topic for the way to check)
- each torrent has only the tracker you want to participate to (automatically added if coming from it)
- preferences>network>extra you can disable all. If your tracker is private the torrent should be so flagged and no impact but this way you're sure only people from this tracker can take it
You should be good. First come first, test without this particular tracker with any public one, even from the Ubuntu site to take something safe. If you see upload for the Ubuntu files downloaded all settings are fine. If the ratio is still bad for your tracker it simply mean people are not taking the files you have.
