questions about ports

Hi guys, I need to set up the ports on deluge, so I want to ask 3 things:
1) there is some "best" port? Or there are simply "bad" ports?
1.1) If yes: since I find deluge reallly fast, I would like to continue to use the same port that I'm using now. The thing is that I'm using a random one for now, and I don't know how to discover which port I'm using (I'm on debian)
2) If I set a different outgoing port, will I risk to have a slower download?
