Deluge 1.3.12 (Raspberry) not download after update

I use deluge for years (on raspberry).
Periodically I make update package raspbian
the classics

from 2 days in deluge only works upload
the download has completely stopped

the configurations are naturally the same
internet is ok
port forwarding is ok
no error

I have no ideas
