Deluge not uploading

I have recently encountered this problem where Im not uploading any data during the download or after. Sometimes the "No incoming connections" status is shown but even when it is not I still have no uploading. I have tested it with 2 different VPNs and still nothing despite my Internet speeds appearing to be the same on speed tests. Tried changing bandwidth settings and the Hide slow torrents feature. Any ideas?
