Restarting paused items

I have 5 items on my Deluge board now. 4 of them are showing up as paused on myanonamouse. I never paused anything and when I look on the Deluge board and I go to torrent and click on resume, nothing seems to happen. Can anyone help me with this?

I'm having the same problem on the same site! My torrents will seed for a little while then will pause. If I close and re-start Deluge, it will seed again for a while. This happens even when it is the only torrent in the client. I have turned off auto manage for the torrent and made all the other suggested changes I can find on similar problems. I'm really hoping for some help as I have to keep seeding for at least 72 hours. At just a few minutes at a time after restart, that's gonna get old fast!!

I am running Windows 10 Home.


PS --- I came to Deluge because I was having a similar but worse problem with qBittorrent.
