[Fixed] Forum Attachment Issue

It appears that the forum was not completely migrated over to the new server and as such old attachments are still needing to be moved over and I am waiting for our web host to do this. It is likely that the permissions are not correct to allow uploading of new attachments but this should be resolved as well.

This issue is now fixed and all attachments should be available again.
