Deluge upload speed issue

Hi!
Just set up Deluge 1.3.12-r2 on my Asustore that runs on ADM 2.5.1.RB62.
Now im trying to get connectable.
Have opend ports, and the download speed is good as it should be, but out speed is bad. I have a 100MB line inn and out but out i only get aroud 1.5mb.

Some one who can help me step by step?
