Deluge
Deluge throws a permission denied error when saving to my torrents directory, but only about half the time. It even happens while another torrent is successfully downloading to the same directory. Everything was fine when I ran on Ubuntu, but the other day I switched to Lubuntu with a complete disk format and re-install and now I'm having this issue.
Lubuntu 15.04, Deluge 1.3.12.
