Deluze resizes itself after each torrent is added

Running Windows 10 x64 with two monitors
Deluge is full screen on my left monitor

Upon opening a torrent deluge resizes itself from full screen to about 1/4 of the screen in the top left corner.

Issue sounds similar to http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/ticket/2671

Oh, and the window still considers itself maximized. So I have to click maximize two times to fix it if that helps at all.

If I click and drag the program it will move around fine and instantly realizes it is not max, it remains at the same (1/4) size until I maximize it again.

If this is a multiscreen issue then it will require a dev who uses Windows and multiple screens as I mentioned in that ticket.

I think I fixed this by clicking preferences->interface and then unchecking focus window when adding torrents.
