Advertise IPv4

Hey all,

Since my network is dual-stack IPv4 and IPv6, Deluge defaults to using IPv6 to approaching the tracker. However, most of the other clients approaching this tracker connect through IPv4. The tracker only knows my IPv6 address, so the IPv4 clients cannot connect to me directly, I have to connect to them first.

Is there any option in Deluge to set the "advertise address" - so I can make sure IPv4 clients can find me too.
