how to : install deluge on freenas

Looks like you have done a lot of work but what would be even better is to add extra details the our relevant wiki pages so that the information is not in a random forum post (on another site) and get outdated because no one can edit it. So what you would be left with ideally is your original guide but with large parts of it simple referencing our wiki.

So you can add details about installing in a jail and the FreeNAS perl issue here:

And add details about setting up a Deluge user, creating config directory and edit the python command to be /usr/local/bin/python2 in the service guide. (can use Ubuntu Service guide as an example)
