Deluge 1.3.11 + Ubuntu 14.04 (headless) = problem

Hi I have installed Deluge on Ubuntu headless 14.04 as per below:

Currently I have 2 problems:

1. When i try to stop the daemon via

Code: Select all

deluge stop

I get

Code: Select all

[ERROR   ] 19:10:56 rpcserver:376 Couldn't listen on localhost:58846: [Errno 98] Address already in use.

2. I am unable to connect from my Windows machine to the server itself. Firewalls on both machines are disabled. I suspect that this connected to point 1.

Any help would be apporciated.
