Deluge
Hello,
I've spent a few hours figuring out why the active port test fails.
Inbound ports are set to 16881, 16891 respectively. Windows firewall is configured so that deluge.exe is allowed on any port with both protocols.
The router's port forwarding is configured to 16881-16891, both protocols, IP address points to my computer.
Yet I get the yellow triangle.
I checked the inbound port with netstat and the local address isn't my IP address but 0.0.0.0.

1076 is the current PID of deluge.
Outbound ports are configured randomly (there are no outbound rules in the OS firewall).
UPnP and NAT-PMP are turned off, but I tried with various settings, with no success.
Any ideas, what could be the problem? Why is the local address for the port 0.0.0.0?
