Deluge
Hi all,
I have on multiple occasions noticed deluge downloading from peers whose IPs should be blocked due to my blocklist.
The Blocklist appears to be correctly loaded, in that I get a number of blocked ranges next to the padlock icon. However, IPs which I have manually confirmed to be contained in the Blocklist are simply not blocked (The blocklist here just blocks an entire country, so it's easy to see in the Peer list when an IP that should be blocked pops up).
Can someone please confirm that the blocklist plugin actually works?
I'm on Arch Linux, Deluge 1.3.7, libtorrent 0.16.17.0.
