Can I install Deluge on a remote server with no Web-UI?

I'm not a fan of the idea of having a webpage that is accessible and would like to simply access it using a local client, so not installing that at all would be great if I don't have to.

Yes use Thinclient: http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/UserGuide/ThinClient
