Deluge
my downloads have slow speed but many seeders/peers. all around 0.1k!! or anyway less than 1Kb!!
I don't understand why!!
I have quite a good ratio, usually around 0.5 on average, I let seed..
few months ago it used to go much faster (in another place, with top speed up to 1MB/s!!!!), few weeks (where I connect now) ago about top speed of 200KB/s, now not even 1KB/s!!!
I tried to change some settings, like number of connections, queue things etc..., in both directions but nothing
I don't think it depends on my connection, cuz I can still watch youtube video without stopping it.
I use deluge 1.2.2 on ubuntu 10.04
does anybody have an explanation or solution?
