Deluge
Deluge Version: Both 1.3.6 and 1.3.7, installed from deb repo
Libtorrent Version: 7
Operating System Version: Open media vault 1 and Freenas (from ports)
Using DHCP, deluge webui works correctly. If I set a static IP to anything besides what DHCP IP was, chrome simply gives a "no data received" page. deluge-web -L info outputs the same on either IP. Restarts solve nothing. Im not silly enough not to change the IP in the browser, either. Any help is appreciated
