Deluge
Hi
I've notices many occasions were the download speed of a torrent goes down the more active torrents I have in my client. For instance if torrent A has two seeders and a speed of 100kb/s, a 2nd torrent B with 500kb/s would slow A down to maybe 30kb/s. Neither do I reach my maximum download speed in total nor any maximum number of connections or whatever. If I added another torrent with maybe 30kb/s it may go down to 10kb/s and the fast one would still be at its maximum.
Is this something I have to deal with it is it fixable?

Sorry to necropost, but I'm having the same issue. Does anyone know the cause?
(Deluge 1.3.6 on xubuntu 14.04 LTS)
edit: Deluge 1.3.10 and clearing the config folder still exhibits the problem.
edit: I had both Deluge and Transmission installed at the same time. The problem seems to have gone away after uninstalling Transmission. I hope that is helpful to someone.
