There appears to be an issue with 0.5.8.8 where Deluge will segfault upon adding a torrent for some users. We are looking into the issue and for now we suggest that people just downgrade to 0.5.8.7.

We have fixed the issue that was causing the segfault and should be releasing 0.5.8.9 shortly.

that sounds good! maybe some work on the outstanding bug with .fastresume-files will be done, too?

We added a slight change that may help with some fastresume issues.
