After deluge restart, port set to 0

After deluge restart, port set to 0

When I close deluge and re-open it, all the torrents just say "connecting"
When I open up preferences and go to the Network tab, it has TCP Active Port: 0

I'm using the new version 0.5.5

yeah, you have to give it a couple of minutes to restart. this is fixed in svn if you wanna use that
