[SOLVED]deluge-web "watermark too low"

Hi.
I use deluged 1.3.3-2 + webui on debian from testing reps. With increasing speeds from my ISP, I got an error - "performance warning: send buffer watermark too low (upload rate will suffer)". Because of this deluge often failure. I tried to compile deluge from source using the patch from this topic: http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/ticket/1466
The first error is resolved, but after the patch, there was another - performance warning: max outstanding disk writes reached. Please, Tell me how to fix these errors? Can I have compiled a deluge on the wrong version of libtorrent?

P.S.: libtorrent-rasterbar6 (0.15.10-1), python-libtorrent (0.15.10-1)

performance warning: max outstanding disk writes reached.

That means you are maxing out your disk write speed, you could increase disc cache, using more memory, but not sure if that will have any effect.

But uTorrent works fine with this speed (15MBits\s). Is there more options than yours?
