Hi.

It seems to me, if I limit upload of a torrent (5kB/s for example), the download limited around 100kB/s.
Other torrent clients downloads 3-4MB/s with 5kB/s upload limitation on same machine on same network.

Is there a built in limitation of download speed based on upload ?

Do you have "Rate limit IP overhead" ticked under Preferences->Bandwidth?

This tells Deluge to include the protocol overhead in your upload limit (which would explain the low download speed).
