Default to Not Auto-Managed?

Is there any way to have torrents which are added from the watch directory default to having auto-managed turned off?

I didn't see it addressed exactly on the linked post, so I thought I would mention, if you use the AutoAdd plugin, you can set many options (including auto-managed) on a per watch folder basis.

Yes, auto add works for folders but not for magnet links.
I dom't get what the Auto-managed thing works - I set the total active to 1000, total seeding to 500, total downloading to 300, and it still adds torrents in queued mode. Same if I set everything to -1.
Infuriating.
