The FAQ doesn't mention this anywhere. I just want new torrents to read "Seeding" instead of "Queued". Right now I have to right click each one - Options - Auto Managed - off. Then right click it again - Start (because it switched to pause for some reason).

I think I even had to click Queue - Up or Top once or twice for the torrent to start. Or maybe it was just my imagination since it's supposed to remove queueing altogether, right ?

So how do I turn it off ?

when it says queued it means that the torrents are queued for seeding and 'total active seeding' controls how many seed at the same time.

I set it like this and new torrents were still added in queued mode. So not solved.
