Deluge Crashes when maximum connection value is changed

I'm running Ubuntu Feisty and Deluge ver 5.0 from Automatix.
The problem occurred when there were about 8 torrents running, I went and changed the maximum number of connections to 4 and all my torrents that were in progress disappeared. I had to add them again from the sites, one of the torrent however would not show the torrent in deluge after I had opened the .torrent file.
