Scheduler plugin not working in 0.5.4.1

Hi,

I've just started using Deluge and have been trying to use the Scheduler plugin (http://lazka.maturaball06.com/files/sch ... 3.1.tar.gz). I copied the plugin to ~/.config/deluge/plugins (so the plugin.py file is in ~/.config/deluge/plugins/Scheduler/). However, the plugin doesn't seem to be registered in Deluge; when I start it from the command line, the expected "Initialising plugin Scheduler" line doesn't show up in the console. Am I missing something? Or is it that because this plugin was written for 0.5.3, it doesn't work anymore in 0.5.4? If so, what changes were made to the plugin API that might cause the plugin not to load? (I might have a go at making it work in 0.5.4)
