I have 2 interface on my machine, 1 with external ip, second with localnet ip.
My provider use retracker, and i recieve alot of localnet peer in my localnet. Like 10.11.1.6:23411
But in settings - interface i have my external ip, and i think thats the reason why "ignore speed limit for localnet" doesnt work totaly.
Tell me please, how i can download from localnet without restricions of speed ?
