Changing Theme

I'm using Deluge 1.2.1 on Windows 7 x64 and when changing the gtk2 theme it has no effect on Deluge. Other programs I have installed that use gtk2 (X-Chat, Pidgin) show the selected theme. I've reinstalled gtk2 and still have the same issue. How can I change the theme/skin for Deluge?
