Skipping re-check?

Post by knurledflanges »

Hello all. I'm a pretty new user of Deluge. Recently I migrated from XP to Ubuntu 9.10. I used to use BitTorrent primarily. I'm on an old machine and keep all my downloads on a big external drive. Sometimes, usually but not necessarily by accident, I start my bt client without the external drive plugged in. When this happened in BitTorrent, the drive could be plugged in and the program restarted, and it would go straight back to seeding all previously completed torrents without re-checking them all. This was extremely convenient but I haven't been able to find a native linux client that does the same thing. Is there a way to get Deluge to do this? I try to keep a lot of stuff seeding, but the re-checking takes an hour or so even with a modest amount of files loaded.
