how to install a blocklist on a headless server (webui ok)

Hi Folks,

I have deluged running on a headless server and use the web ui on my lan. I would like to add a peer guardian or similar block list, however I can't find the method of how to do this mentioned anywhere.

I am using version 1.1.9 on gentoo if this is of any help.

Also does anyone know of a good filter list for Australia as well.
