Error with Deluge.svg when installing RC2.

After experiencing error in dependecy installation ( which was successful, but the error was ignored ) in rc2 setup,
sudo python setup.py build command was successful, but after starting the
sudo python setup.py install command, again same error with SVG occurred and error said setup cannot copy deluge.svg to necessary place.

Used bith bz2 and gz tarballs.

Could you, guys, try to make PPA / APT packages faster for rc releases? I really like deluge as it is pretty close to uTorrent for Windows, but I miss that auto-updating that was possible in windows ...
