ERR 13 <type 'long'> what is this?

Hi all,
I'm downloading a 5.6 GIB multiple file torrent. While downloading it I am getting the above error. Now can somebody tell me what this error is, is it some hard disk issue, or some bad piece/hash issue or what? I am using the latest filters so that can't be it but still. Using svn 936 , would be updating it to the latest but still it would be nice if somebody can come up with the explanation :-

I know from other clients that Errno 13 refers to an input/output problem, which usually means another instance of the bittorent client is running and already writing to the file.
If this is is relevant to your issue, I do not know.

This is with latest svn 963 . Just for record, there is no other torrent client writing or anything like that. Only use deluge exclusively.
