Deluge
I have a ubuntu 14.04.1 server running deluge 1.3.6 . Everything has been working well until yesterday when I added a 16th torrent. When I added the 16th torrent one of the seeding torrents when to "queued". After starting, stopping pauseing etc. I found that deluge will not let me seed more than 15 torrents at a time. I have checked and adjusted the deluge config file.
Restarted deluge and the server itself but still have the same problem, . Any idea of where or what I should look at next?
