MacOS 10.12.3 Beta

Hi,
Not sure if this was because of the beta update (first found on 10.12.3) (I highly suspect it was)
I had a problem with the "Add Torrent" button - it would not display the dialogue box.
I resolved this by renaming the deluge cache location here:
/Users/Username/.config/deluge folder (obviously this resets all settings so it may not suit you)
My first attempt at resolving it was to update to the latest version of deluge (1.3.14) but that didn't work.
