Hello all,
I just got my new mac and tried to setup deluge. I followed the proxy settings given by BT guard. when I try to download a torrent, they show up in Deluge, but they never begin to download??
Any suggestions for a mac newbie?
Thanks

Re: Deluge not downloading torrents on mac`
Same problem. I have BTguard for a proxy and it worked for the first few hours... then nothing. It (Deluge OS X app) loads and everything "works"--all things can be clicked, but no downloads run. And yes, I have a 64-bit app running on a 64-bit OS X (10.7.5).
Anybody, please?

Has anybody here heard back? I'm having the same issue, though it had worked fine until about a week ago...

What version of libtorrent?
Re: Deluge not downloading torrents on mac
Right click, go to "auto manage" and click off, then hit resume. Solved my problem.
Re: Deluge not downloading torrents on mac
right-click?
i've looked around and not found an auto-manage toggle. Where is it?

Re: Deluge not downloading torrents on mac
I Tried BTGuard recently and was not impressed. Really, ONE server in Canada? I'm using TorGuard BiTorrent Proxy and I'm very happy. FIFTEEN servers in Canada and 24 in Europe. 2M/s downloads not unusual. Great support staff. Works really well with Deluge. About the same price.

Not sure how it helps but it should read:beejo wrote:right-click?

Right click on the torrent list entry to get the menu then Options > Auto Managed > Off.
